Bacco Tabacco Zacco
11 May 2009
This is my father wine cellar. He in addition to being an architect is a good Graphic Designer, with a great aesthetic eye. Well recently he has restored the wine cellar of our house and (unknowingly) he designed a wall to devote the typography of wine and tobacco.
The printed fonts in natural surfaces have always the edge over any other fonts. I have always considered that type of approach as higher quality, consisting of much more sophisticated graphics solution by the Type Designer.
Unfortunately I'm a little rusting about fonts recognition, so I can't be very accurate... probably my friends from ISIA could help me to find all fonts families :P
Anyway, I think it's an interesting field of the magic world of typography! Thanks dad!
